A Canadian Criminal Background Check

Verification of licenses and certifications (where applicable)

Proof of liability insurance ($2 million minimum)

Fixvi is ideal for a wide range of small to medium-sized home repair and improvement projects. This includes tasks like plumbing repairs, electrical work, painting, appliance installation, and minor renovations. If you can capture the job in a video, you can post it on Fixvi.

Fixvi is designed for small to medium-sized jobs like repairs, maintenance, and minor renovations. While you can post larger projects, the platform works best for jobs that can be scoped and quoted based on a short video submission up to one-minute long.

After you post a job, Fixers review the job details and submit their bids, including a price and estimated timeline. You can then chat with them directly, and choose the best option for you.

Bids typically start coming in within a few hours. Keep in mind that some Fixers may only be able to respond after their workday.

Pricing can vary based on the Fixer’s experience, the quality of materials they use, the job’s complexity, and their availability. This variation allows you to choose the best value for your specific needs.

Providing a credit card secures your booking and ensures a smooth transaction. Your card won’t be charged until the job is completed and you confirm your satisfaction.

To ensure you’re getting a fair price, compare the bids you receive. Consider factors like the Fixer’s experience, the quality of materials proposed, and the estimated timeline.

Yes, you can cancel your job with no penalty. Simply go to the “Job Actions” button on your posted job and select “Cancel Job.”

If there’s an issue with your job, start by communicating directly with your Fixer. If you can’t resolve the problem, contact our customer support team at support@fixvi.com, and we’ll assist you in finding a solution.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with the work, start by discussing the issue with your Fixer. Most problems can be resolved this way. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team at support@fixvi.com, and we’ll work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Yes! After your job is completed, you’ll have the opportunity to leave a review for your Fixer. Your feedback helps other homeowners make informed decisions and supports our community of trusted professionals.
